We’re looking for enthusiastic and dependable volunteers to help bring the 3rd Annual Baldwin Richardson Foods Frederick Douglass HBCU Football Classic to life on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the Rochester Community Sports Complex in Rochester, NY.

Volunteer opportunities are available throughout the day’s events:

 

HBCU Tailgate Party 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

 

Game Day: Lincoln University (PA) Lions vs. Virginia State University Trojans Kickoff: 1:00 PM (Gates open at 12:00 PM)

​

Battle of the Bands Immediately following the game.

​

Whether you’re assisting with guest services, event operations, logistics, or fan engagement, you’ll play an important role in creating an unforgettable experience for thousands of fans.
